Homemade Gluten-Free Plain Flour

by Sandra - Fun Without Gluten
It takes literally less than five minutes to measure, whisk and store this homemade gluten-free plain flour. The recipe does not include xanthan gum like in most store-bought gluten-free flours as I vary the quantity of xanthan gum needed in each of my baking recipes.
